Our location and how to reach us
The cabinet is located in the heart of Carcassonne, just ten minutes on foot from the medieval Cité — perfectly placed if you're visiting the UNESCO World Heritage site, staying in a hotel near the ramparts, or exploring the wider Aude region.
If you're driving, free parking is available right next to the cabinet at 6 rue Fernand Léger. From Carcassonne train station, count fifteen minutes on foot. From Carcassonne airport, count twenty minutes by taxi or bus.
We regularly welcome visitors from Toulouse (one hour), Montpellier (one hour thirty), Narbonne (forty minutes) and Barcelona (three hours).

By phone, WhatsApp, or email. Olena will confirm your slot within 24 hours. WhatsApp is the fastest option.
What is the typical response time?
Generally 1–4 hours on weekdays and within 24 hours on weekends. For urgent bookings, a call or WhatsApp message is fastest.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the session, free of charge and with no explanation needed. Life happens — just let us know.
Do you accept men?
No. The cabinet is exclusively reserved for women, to create a space of complete serenity and trust.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, free street parking is available within a 2-minute walk of the cabinet on rue Fernand Léger.
